Paying for it
0% finance over 12 months on any treatment plan above £500, subject to status. A deposit of 10% is required and the rest is spread evenly. There is no settlement fee if you pay it off early.
Longer terms up to five years at 9.9% APR representative, for plans above £2,000. On a £5,000 implant case that is around £104 a month over five years.
Dental insurance. We are not tied to any scheme, but we will provide itemised invoices and treatment codes for you to claim on Bupa, Denplan, Simplyhealth or any other policy. Check your policy’s waiting periods before booking — most exclude cosmetic treatment entirely and many have a twelve-month wait on implants.
What is not chargeable. Follow-up appointments to adjust something we fitted; the two-week facial aesthetics review; and anything covered by the guarantees. If a crown we placed fails inside five years while you have kept your hygiene appointments, we replace it and you pay nothing.
Missed appointments. Less than 24 hours’ notice and we charge 50% of the appointment fee. We hold it back from emergency slots and long specialist appointments, where an empty chair means somebody else waited another fortnight.
